Hi everyone! I want to thank Elaine Faber for responding to everyone’s comments on her book yesterday. I appreciate that she took the time to do that.
Joanie was a little miffed that everyone complimented Sammy’s belly on Sunday. She wants to remind everyone that she is the tummy star of the blog.
Hi everyone! My friend Mr. M keeps saying how much he enjoys his silvervine stick so I thought I would give it a try. It is pretty soothing.
I saw my Grammie on Saturday and I am going to see her Monday. She said I need to tell her what kind of treats I want her to get me. I love my Grammie so very much!
Sammy is all tuckered out from the two parties he went to. I am impressed that Four-Legged Furballs’ Mom knew which movie alien he was dressed as-Mars Attacks!
Some of the other kitties wanted to do selfies today so here they are:
Penny Jinx Millie Joanie
They send their love to their sweeties at KittyCaperz . We are joining The Cat on My Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.
Hi everyone! Today we are joining Athena’s Caturday Art Blog Hop. I used ribbet to edit photos for my Sammy to attend two parties today.
First, he is off to help harvest the bacon crop at Teddy and Angel Sammy’s house.
Then he is off to Boris’ 7th Annual Sci-fi Party. It goes from 11AM -11PM and Sammy definitely wants to be there at 9PM for when Stunning Keisha will be the DJ. There are going to be all kinds of cool prizes including a Cat Lady Box. It is all happening on Twitter, here is a link to Boris’ site so you can check the prizes, DJ’s and even donate to his charity that helps lots of cats in need. It is a Sci-fi theme so Sammy is dressed up as an alien from one of my favorite Sci-fi movies- does anyone know which movie?
Hi everyone! This month we got to review 2 great products. I usually just ask for one which I did, but they wanted reviewers to list alternatives so I ended up getting the product I asked for and the alternative because Chewy is so generous. I am thrilled because now I have something else that Miss Pick, I mean Miss Phoebe likes.
*Disclaimer : We received Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Feline Formula With Salmon and Roasted Venison in Gravy for free in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are our own.
I was afraid no one would like Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Feline Formula With Salmon and Roasted Venison in Gravy because it has square chunks of the food in gravy. Most of the time, my cats just lick the gravy, but they actually liked the chunks and ate those too.
Phoebe loved it ( and has for a few days )Prancie loved it too. And Brody And Sammy, he is on a special diet, but I did let him have a few bites to test it.
Joanie was even able to eat it and she usually gets sick after eating canned food. We ended up with 12 out of 13 giving paws up. KaTwo won’t touch canned food. The best thing is, the food is grain free and doesn’t contain carrageenan. It does have Guar Gum which I know some try to avoid, not sure why though.
Chewy has it on sale this month, for $16.56 you can get a case of 24 cans ( 3 ounce) , they also have 5 ounce available. And Chewy always has free shipping on orders over $49 so why not stock up.
Hi everyone! I know you are all waiting to find out all the information I got while I was spying. First off, I found this. Sammy has been getting his car ready for The Cat Scout’s Cardwood Derby. He says his car is top secret, but I know this goes inside of it. I snapped a photo of him working on his car too. Can anyone figure out what kind of car he is building?
And I found this stuff :
I think it has to do with the April A-Z challenge because I found an apple, banana, cork toy, donut, Easter egg, fortune cookie, goldfish and come other stuff too. The big theme reveal is tomorrow, but I think her theme is crochet.
Now, I need all your help to solve a mystery. Where are my shades? I haven’t seen anyone with them lately.
I got to see my Grammie on Saturday, I love her so very much. And guess what? My friend Bear Cat and his Momma featured me in The Pet Blogger’s Showcase. Many thanks to them.

Hi everyone! Time for Friendly Fill-Ins Week 45. Please be sure to add your link at McGuffy’s Reader. You can also answer in the comments.
1. The oldest item in my home is __________________________.
2. The oldest item in my refrigerator is _____________________.
3. My family heritage is .
4. My favourite family tradition is .
- The oldest item in my home is this platter that belonged to my paternal grandmother. I am guessing it is from the 1930’s.
- The oldest item in my refrigerator is mustard, it expired in March 2015-oops! I actually replaced it Thursday along with the ketchup that also expired in 2015.
- My family heritage is Polish on my Mom’s side and French Canadian on my Dad’s side.
- My favourite family tradition is the Christmas Eve meal that we put on every year. My maternal grandfather’s family always celebrated with a Polish Wigilia with a several course meatless dinner. I continued that tradition, but it was a lot of work making the foods and no one was thrilled with them so now we do a buffet, but the important part is being together.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!

They are always a little short. MOL!
You know what is better than finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?
Mom leaving the bag of Rachael Ray Nutrish Indoor food on the bed unattended.

Hi everyone! Today we are joining Book Date’s It’s Monday! What Are YOU Reading? Blog Hop and Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays Blog Hop.
Sammy hopes he is awww…worthy.
This has been a slow reading week. I read a Biography about James Gandolfini, but it wasn’t authorized by his family so I was not thrilled with the information the author gathered.
I am enjoying a book sale find, A Cat’s Life : Dulcy’s Story by Dee Ready. It was written in memory of the author’s cat that lived with her for 17 and a half years. I love reading about the bond between humans and their cats, they are all unique. It is available on Amazon new, used and a Kindle version too. Click here
Don’t forget to comment on yesterday’s post for a chance to win a St. Patrick’s Day catnip mat. Winner will be announced Tuesday.
Hi everyone! Sorry this isn’t a great photo, but Mom couldn’t get my latest photos to upload, sometimes she is pretty dippy. Like the other day when she filled the humidifier with a gallon of distilled water and then didn’t put the cover on tight enough. Sploosh! The floor is nice and clean now though- MOL!
I got to see my Grammie on Saturday. I love her so very much!
Sammy had a busy day at Cat Scouts on Saturday. He got to run the bobbing for fish booth. I am surprised that he didn’t eat all the fish. Thank you to Teddy’s Mom for this great photo.
